Features
The sample clamping surface is a special toothed clamping surface with adjustable clamping force; pneumatic clamping, the sample clamping force and bursting force are on the same axis; it can be fully applicable to the clamping of various materials.
Full screen control, Chinese (English) menu operation (two languages optional), microcomputer program automatically controls bursting.
The test results are richly expressed, such as bursting strength, bursting force, diaphragm pressure, bursting height, bursting time; it is convenient for quality control personnel to fully understand the bursting performance of the sample.
The test area can be replaced to meet the requirements of different standards.
Equipped with servo drive and motor, hydraulic oil volume rate: 8ml/min~500ml/min±10% (adjustable) feedback adjustment precise control to ensure that the sample ruptures within 20±5S. Truly reflect the bursting performance of the sample.
Equipped with laser ranging system, the bursting height measurement is accurate and interference-free.
Add auxiliary test methods such as constant pressure and constant height.
Equipped with printer interface and online interface.
