It is designed for experiments covering courses of refrigeration technology, refrigeration fluid machinery,working principle and maintenance & repair of household cooling equipment,refrigeratory and freezing technology, refrigeration plant maintainer(primary, intermediate, high level) training equipment,which address the requirements of colleges or vocationalschools. The system comprises control panel, work bench, air-conditioner outdoor set, air-conditioner indoor set, instrumentation, simulated faults detection unit, faults simulationset, etc.
Work bench: It is moveable with integratedmulti-direction wheels and height-adjustable feet to compensatefor uneven flooring. The desk top is heat resistant,waterproofand made of highly-compressed board. The cabinet part with drawers and doors are for simulationoutdoor condensator dirty blocking.
Air-conditioner unit: some necessary devices for heat pump fission air-conditioner are available,including evaporator, condensator, four-pass valve, etc. Additionally, required devices such as control valve are offered in the pipe.
AC power supply control unit: powered by single-phase 3-wire AC 220V, one AC voltmeter (0~250V) and AC ammeter (0~10A) are available,the former is used for monitoringthe grid voltage while the latter for monitoringthe system starting current and operating current. The input voltage of the system is controlledby RCCB and key switch.
Refrigeration system pressure gauge unit: The available two vacuum pressure gauges with measuring ranges of -0.1~1.5MPa and -0.1~3.5MPa respectively indicate the varieties of system LV side and HV side pressures.
Temperature transducerunit: Four thermometers with PT100 sensor and 3 and 1/2 -digit display are available for measuring the temperature of inlet, outlet, condensator and evaporator.
