This is the newest digitized seismic exploration instrument with high-velocity and high-resolution.
Theoretically, it acquires the vibrations from some sources which motivated by hammering, electric sparks and blasts, observing and recording the transit time of seismic to prospect various stratum elastic interfaces for their depth, state and distribution features, which can be used to solve problems on engineering and resources.
Its depth is range from several meters to several hundreds, above which you can carry out relay time recording to obtain the data of deeper targets.
