Mechanical hydraulic micro-electronics technology encompasses the mechanical, hydraulic, electronics, computer, sensor and automation etc., which address the requirements of colleges or vocational schools. It is widely used in the engineering mechanical and it is designed according to the corresponding teaching programs. It encompasses the execution modules, relay control unit and PLC programming configuration monitor technology.

All the hydraulic elements are separately and motherboard with spring pin is provided for each element.
The universal aluminum board is available to build circuits.
The motor and pump axletree are connected together first and fixed them with the tank, and then add the shockproof coil at the shock source to overcome the shortcomings of large noise and large shock for the hydraulic drive equipment (the tank and control panel are placed separately).
Both of the relay control unit and PLC control are available to electrical control of hydraulic circuit.
The quick coupler is adopted for the hydraulic circuit and electrical control circuit adopts the specialized connection wires.
The students can build the circuit according to the operating instruction or by himself, it has the feature of complete hydraulic element to facilitate the students to design more complex circuit etc.
Current mode leakage protection is protected (the power supply is cutoff if the leakage current exceeds 30mA); 24V power supply is used to supply the electrical control with over-current protection; 3-phase power supply phase sequence protection is provided; the rated pressure of the system is 6.3Mpa.
It encompasses the actual hydraulic elements, relay control unit, PLC, computer configuration technology and it is a typical mechanical, electrical and pneumatic integration with the feature of wide usage range.
