It is designed for experiments covering course of refrigeration air-conditioner mechanical device, installation & maintenance of refrigeration air-conditioner device, refrigeration air-conditioner automation, air adjustment technology & application, refrigeratory engineer & running management, refrigeratory refrigeration technics, which address the requirements of colleges or vocational schools.
It has two control modes that are electric power drive control circuit and PLC control circuit and the pressure transducer, temperature transducer & acquisition modules are equipped.
Open design makes it easy to observe the route, control circuits and devices.
The faults setting are available (system faults & electrical control faults) and it is an ideal equipment to provide students with practical working knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

It consists of power control panel, air cooled refrigeration unit, sectional refrigeratory, master training model, temperature and pressure transducer acquisition model and touch screen etc.

Power control panel
AC power supply: it is used to supply the 3-phase AC power supply for the control panel, a pointer type AC voltmeter is equipment for monitoring the input grid voltage.

It is ground connected and complete voltage mode and current mode leakage protections and over-current & over-load protections are equipped. Safety has been paramount during the development of this equipment and every effort has been made to protect both the user and instruments.

Instruments
Pointer type voltmeter: range: 0~450V, 2.5%
Pointer type ammeter: range: 0~10A, 2.5%
Vacuum pressure gauge: range: -0.1~1.6MPa, 2.5%
Vacuum pressure gauge: range:-0.1~2.5MPa,2.5%
Digital display thermometer: PT100 transducer is adopted, measuring range: -50~150oC, 0.5%

Air cooled refrigeration unit
It consists of 3P closed refrigeration compressor, air cooled condensator, mirror for fluid observation, dry filter, electromagnetic valve for fluid supply, expanding valve, manual valve and evaporator etc.

Sectional refrigeratory
Dimension for the refrigeratory: 192×192×220cm3,the refrigeratory lamp, fan coil evaporator, defrost heating silk etc. are installed inside the refrigeratory and water outlet port is available at the external of refrigeratory
