Oil And Water Retort Kit
Oil and Water retort kit is used to separate and measure the volume of water, oil, and solid phases in water-based drilling fluid samples. The instrument adopts an external heating distillation method, which involves large capacity distillation. 50ml of quantitative drilling fluid is taken and heated at high temperature. It is the foundation for understanding the solid phase concentration, composition, viscosity, and filtration control of water-based drilling fluids. Its characteristics are simple structure and convenient operation, making it an ideal specialized instrument for laboratory and on-site applications. After oil water separation and condensation, it is dropped into the graduated cylinder to calculate the mass or volume percentage of oil water and solid phase. Due to the use of large capacity external heating, the testing accuracy is improved compared to conventional (20ml). Dry burning (overheating) caused by internal heating is avoided. This instrument is easy to operate and can be used in both laboratory and on-site applications.
