Application
Stainless steel barrel type positive pressure filters are widely used in the production of large infusion oral liquids in pharmaceutical factories, filtration of mineral water in breweries, beverage factories, as well as liquid clarification and filtration, residue filtration of liquid-solid suspension, and gas purification and filtration in fields such as light industry, filtration of purified water, sterilization and filtration of laboratory culture media, filtration of protein serum solutions, ink filtration, chemical industry, metallurgy, electronics, and environmental protection.
Usage
Before use, clean and disinfect the filter. Generally, alcohol or 3-5% sodium carbonate solution can be used to repeatedly scrub, then rinse with clean water, and finally rinse with distilled water for later use. If the requirements are not high, rinse with clean water.
Check whether the silicone ring of the filter is flat to prevent liquid leakage. Then, place the filter material flat on the filter plate, and place the filter plate inside the silicone ring. Install the filter membrane cover and press the cover, tighten the bolts and exhaust valve, connect the pipeline, fill in the solution from the top, cover the top cover, and seal it properly to filter.
If the pressure gauge suddenly rises rapidly or the liquid output decreases, it indicates that the filter membrane needs to be replaced. Turn off the power first, then slowly open the pressure relief valve to release the gas in the bucket, then open the pressure cap to remove the filter membrane, and then prepare for the next round of filtration again.
