Refrigerator Cooling Training and Examining Equipment

Meets the teaching requirements of colleges, vocational schools educational services. The curriculum covers "Cooling Technique", "Cooling Fluid Machinery", "Principle Maintenance of Household Cooling Device", "Refrigeratory and refrigeration", "Refrigeration device maintainer", etc. The equipment is designed for students mastering the theory and practice of the specialty of refrigerator cooling technique.

Training cabinet: made of iron with high density plastic-sprayed material base frame, aluminum panel, aluminum profile and plastic board frame structure.
Direct cooling refrigerator (1)
AC voltmeter (1): power supply monitoring.
Measuring range: 0~250V, accuracy level: 1.5
AC ammeter (1): observing the system firing current and normal operating current
Measuring range: 0~5A, accuracy level: 1.5
Intelligent thermometer (5): PT100 sensor is used for the temperature measurement of freezer, chill room, condenser inlet and outlet.
Vacuumatic pressure gauge (2): pressure measurement of system low voltage side, high voltage side and after throttling.
Simulated faults set box (1): contained in training cabinet, used for the set of simulated faults. Faults types: power supply circuit, illuminated circuit, compressor protection circuit, etc.
Flowchart of direct cooling refrigerator cooling system (1): instrumentation are available.
Current leakage protection device (1 set): trips and cut off power supply while the leakage current is over a specified value. Thermal protection device is available for the over thermal/load protection of compressor.
