The actual direct cooling air-conditioner system with two doors is adopted that the system configuration working principle of it is directly displayed and the vacuum pressure gauge and thermometer are equipped.
The refrigeration system is designed with clear structure and its heating system and electrical system are the same with the real refrigeration. And it is suitable for training.
The actual refrigeration unit is adopted (compressor, aluminum combination board blowup evaporator, steel wire condensator, temperature controller).

Work bench: It is made of solid metal framework and dressed with high density plastic-sprayed panel which is fireproof and waterproof.
One direct cooling refrigerator.
One AC voltmeter: measuring range: 0~250V, accuracy: 1.5%.
One AC ammeter: measuring range: 0~5A, accuracy: 1.5%.
Five intelligent temperature tester: transducer is adopted, it is used to measure the refrigerating room temperature, refrigerating chamber temperature, inlet and output temperature of condensator.
Two Vacuum pressure gauges: measuring range: -0.1~0.9MPa, -0.1~1.5MPa, it is available to display the pressure of low pressure side, high pressure side and after flow control.
One simulation faults setting box: it is built-in the cabinet and used to simulate the faults setting (available faults: power circuit, illuminating circuit, compressor protection circuit etc.).
One set of flow chart for direct cooling air-conditioner refrigeration system: The flow chart of refrigeration system & corresponding measuring instruments are printed.
One set of current mode leakage protection: The power supply is cut off if the leakage current exceeds the nominal value. Thermal protection device is provided (over-thermal, over-load protection are provided for the compressor).
