Sensor System Synthetic Experimental Equipment
It is designed for experiments covering "Physics", "Sensor technology", "Industrial automation control", "non-electricity measurement and application" and "Engineering measurement and application" of universities, colleges, conventional schools,and it meets different individual requirements for teaching, training and checking.
It consists of main control bench, heating/vibration/rotation devices, experimental circuits and data acquisition.
Main control bench
Signal generator: 1k~10kHz audio signal, 1~30Hz low-frequency signal
Four DC stabilized power supply: ±15V, +5V, ±2~±10V overlapping in five ranges, 2~24V variable, with power-off protection.
Digital voltmeter: 0~20V overlapping in three ranges: 200mV, 2V, 20V, with high input impedance and high accuracy.
Frequency/rotation speed meter: measurement range of frequency: 1~9999Hz, measurement range of rotation speed: 1~9999rpm
Timer: 0~9999s, with resolution of 0.1s
Temperature adjuster: multi inputs/outputs, artificial intelligence adjust and parameter self-setting, the
accuracy is ±0.50oC with advanced control algorithm.
Heating/vibration/rotation devices
Heating device: AC 0~220V power supply for heating, and the temperature range is ambient temperature~ 1200oC
Rotation device: DC 2~24V power for driving and the rotation speed is in range of 0~3000rpm
Vibration device: the vibration frequency is 1Hz~30Hz (variable) and the resonant frequency is about at 12Hz.
Experimental circuits
Consists of tem modules such as bridge, voltage amplifier, differential amplifier, charge amplifier,
capacitor amplifier, LPF, eddy converter, phase-sensitive detector, phase shifter, temperature
measurement and adjust, pressure measurement and adjust and so on.
Data acquisition
USB data acquisition card and microprocessor are adopted in this data acquisition system (including the
data acquisition software), 14-way A/D conversion and the A/D conversion speed is up to 400kHz. with this
data acquisition software, it is available to get real-time data acquisition, dynamic or static analysis,
cross calibration curve generating and data sheet, average value calculation, list, curve plotting and
functions of data analysis, save and print, with friendly human-machine interface.
