The Lab Rotational Viscometer (RV) is built on ARM technology with a built-in Linux system. Its operation interface is simple and clear, making viscosity testing quick and convenient through the creation of test programs and data analysis. The accuracy of viscosity measurements is ensured by the computer's automatic calibration of each measuring range, resulting in high precision and minimal error. Its rotational speed is stable, and it has a strong anti-interference capability.

This viscometer offers a rich array of displayed information to meet different user needs. In addition to dynamic and kinematic viscosity, the display shows temperature, shear rate, shear stress, a graphic representation of the measured value as a percentage of the full range, range overflow alarms, and the measurement range under the current rotor speed combination. If the sample's density is known, the kinematic viscosity can also be displayed. The instrument can also show a curve of shear rate versus viscosity.

The instrument comes with a variety of optional accessories, including a dedicated thermostatic bath, a thermostat cup, a printer, and standard viscosity samples. The design of its filament torque, rotor shape, rotational speed, and viscosity measurement range are identical to those of comparable imported viscometers. This ensures that the measured viscosity and other data have excellent comparability with similar imported instruments.

Functionality is a key strength of this viscometer. It can measure time, save up to 30 sets of user-defined test programs, and store 30 sets of measurement data. The instrument can display real-time viscosity curves and print both data and curves. With a standard USB interface, data can be copied directly to a U disk. An optional Pt100 temperature probe allows for temperature measurement from -20? to 300? with an accuracy of 0.1?.

The torque of the filament, the shape of the rotor, the size of the rotational speed, and the range of viscosity measurement are the same as the imported viscometer of the same type. the measured viscosity and other data are well comparable with the imported similar instruments.
