Pressure Aging Vessel
The Pressure Aging Vessel (PAV) simulates years of asphalt aging within hours, using controlled heat and pressure to create samples for precise performance evaluation. Fully compliant with many mainstream standards, it ensures reliable, comparable results worldwide.
Durable stainless-steel construction, capacity for 10 samples, automated data logging, USB export, and streamlined preheating cycles make the Pressure Aging Vessel a dependable, efficient solution for modern asphalt testing laboratories.
With a temperature range of 90–110 °C (±0.5 °C) and pressure control at 2.1 MPa (±0.1 MPa), the PAV delivers consistent test conditions. A safe pressure relief system above 2.5 MPa adds another layer of protection.
A 7-inch HD touchscreen provides intuitive, real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, and error trends, while intelligent linkage control prevents overheating during pressurization for safer operation.

7-inch high-definition display controller, real-time monitoring of pressure and temperature inside the chamber.
The safety protection design includes over temperature, over pressure protection, and high pressure relief, effectively protecting experimental personnel from working under high temperature and high pressure experimental conditions.
Display the temperature time and pressure time curves inside the chamber during the working process; Real time display of temperature error time and pressure error time during the aging process (meeting the requirements of the new regulations).
It has functions such as overload protection and fault warning, with a buzzer sound alarm prompt and display of fault codes.
Temperature and pressure linkage control to ensure no overheating during the pressurization process.
Record data once every 5 seconds and export it to Excel format on a USB drive. After the experiment is completed, the process data can be automatically printed.
The box is made of stainless steel material and treated with special technology, which is beautiful, easy to clean, and durable.
